ICMI remains committed to producing robust, high-quality event experiences for the contact center community. Feedback indicates that the timing of the event during Labor Day week (the best dates available when we moved the event from 2020) is impacting the ability to attend in an already challenging environment, so we believe that our successful and well-regarded “Digital Experience” events provide our best opportunity to deliver on our brand promise in 2021.

We have therefore made the difficult decision to reschedule ICMI Contact Center Expo, scheduled for September 7-10 in Dallas, TX to be held during Customer Service Week as a fully digital event. ICMI Contact Center Expo: A Digital Experience will be held October 6-7.
